Day 1 Route: Departing Ilkley we cruise the Tour de France route to Skipton and on through Cracoe, Threshfield, passing Kilnsey Crag, Kettlewell, turning up Coverdale and on to lunch in Middleham. After lunch we ride on up to Bolton Castle where we stop and have a look at the castle and its stunning views. Driving on down to Bainbridge, late afternoon, to stay overnight with Neil & Jane at the Low Mill Guest House (you must ask Neil to show you his Waterwheel; it is mighty impressive)!

 

Overnight: Enjoy a 3 course dinner at Low Mill Guesthouse in Bainbridge. Should you wish to enjoy wine or alchohol with your meal you will be most welcome, but please note it is not included in the cost of the tour.

 

Day 2 Route: Starting from Bainbridge after a hearty breakfast at Low Mill, we cruise on through Hawes, climbing up the Buttertubs Pass taking us out of Wensleydale and over into Swaledale. Driving through Muker, Gunnerside, Long Row, Reeth, Leyburn, passing Wensley to Aysgarth, to climb Bishopdale before dropping down into Wharfedale at Buckden. We then shadow the River Wharfe back to Burnsall and on past Barden Towers, before finishing our tour back at Ilkley.
