Start Location: The Devonshire Arms in Bolton Abbey

Route: Bolton Abbey. We cruise down to Addingham where we join TDF Stage 1 route to Skipton, Rylstone, Thresfield, Kettlewell, Bucken, West Burton, Aysgarth, Bainbridge, Hawes, Buttertubs Pass, Thwaite, Muker, Gunnerside, Feetham, Reeth, Leyburn, Middleham, East Witton and Masham, where we leave the TDF route. We head on over passed Leighton Reservoir, climb across Masham Moor, Ramsgill, Gouthwaite Reservoir, Pateley Bridge, Thruscross Reservoir where we pick up TDF Stage 2 route for 6 miles before finishing back at the Devonshire Arms in Bolton Abbey.

Route: Skipton, Gargrave, Settle, Horton in Ribblesdale, Ribblehead Station, Ribblehead Viaduct, Dentdale Station, Garsdale Head Station, Sedburgh, Dentdale, Barbondale, Cowan Bridge, Ingleton. We head forThe Brasseries near Settle for Afternoon Tea, Hellifield, Gargrave, Rendezvous Hotel Skipton.

Judith's Review: This is a tour that uncovers the real essence of the Yorkshire Dales. A longer tour than most, it takes in the impressive Ribblehead Viaduct and the upper left landscape of the YorkshireDalesNational Park. Travelling from Skipton and through Gargrave to Settle, the route bears off to Horton in Ribblesdale. There is time to stop and stare at the amazing engineering feat of the viaduct just a short walk from the road. After we cruise the length of Dentdale to Dent village, a real surprise, historic and quirky. Climbing steeply up the dale we shadow Whernside for several miles before dropping down into Ingleton this drive is totally heart stopping, passing many white farmhouses and hamlets. Prepare to keep saying 'WOW'. and  enjoy the best Afternoon Tea ever!! 

Start Location: The Devonshire Arms & Country Hotel in Bolton Abbey

Expedition Objective. To chauffeur you, your friends, your family or your business colleagues around the majority of the stage 1 route of the famous ‘Tour de France 2014’ sharing both time on the trike with time in the Range Rover. We change seats regularly, so everybody enjoys plenty of trike time. This fantastic adventure day out has been designed for groups of up to 6 lads, lassies, family, business colleagues, pals or suppliers & buyers.  The day can certainly be called a thrill of a lifetime, what an amazing experience to enjoy with your friends.

Route: Bolton Abbey we cruise down to Addingham where we join the TDF Stage 1 route to Skipton, Rylstone, Thresfield, Kettlewell, Bucken, Bainbridge, Hawes, ButtertubsPass, Thwaite, Muker, Gunnerside, Feetham, Reeth, Leyburn, Middleham, East Witton, Masham, West Tanfield, North Stainley, Ripon, Ripon Bypass, Ripley, Killinghall. We then pick up the Stage 2 route just outside Killinghall following the A59 to Bolton Abbey finishing the tour back at the Devonshire Arms.
